- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for individual and corporate clients
- Develop and present customized financial solutions including insurance, investment, and retirement planning

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as outlined in your role requirements
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and work with diverse client populations
- Sales experience or aptitude, preferably in financial services or insurance
- Valid license to sell insurance and investment products (or willingness to obtain)
