Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique financial goals and needs.
- Analyze clients' current financial situations to recommend appropriate insurance products and investment strategies.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to ensure client satisfaction and policy reviews.
- Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement in Anda, Pangasinan.
- Present and sell AXA insurance products, ensuring clients fully understand their coverage.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and policy details within the AXA system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not strictly required).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the financial services industry is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (essential for field visits).
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive product training and professional certification programs.
