Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple warehouse sites within the assigned cluster.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of warehouse supervisors and operations staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive safety compliance and maintain a secure working environment for all employees.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, resolve bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Inventory, IT, and HR to support business goals.
- Manage budget allocation and monitor operational costs to ensure profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems like SAP.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Professional Driver's License (if required for site access).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
