- Oversee operational performance of multiple SCommerce warehouse sites within assigned cluster
- Implement standardized processes and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse supervisors and operational teams
- Analyze KPIs to optimize inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and productivity
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage resource allocation and budget planning for cluster operations
- Ensure seamless integration with Shopee's broader supply chain ecosystem
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5+ years warehouse operations experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Expert knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation technologies
- Proven track record in implementing lean manufacturing and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing high-volume e-commerce fulfillment operations
- Proficient in inventory control methodologies and regulatory compliance
