Join StaffKing Pte Ltd as a Forklift Technician / Heavy Machine Service Specialist and become an integral part of our maintenance excellence team. This full-time role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial forklifts and heavy lifting equipment across Singapore's Tuas industrial hub and islandwide locations. With a 5.5-day work week and company-provided transportation for field service calls, you'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge machinery while contributing to operational safety and efficiency. We're seeking skilled technicians who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about keeping critical equipment running at peak performance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on forklifts and heavy lifting equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems using advanced diagnostic tools
- Replace or repair faulty components including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry standards during all service operations
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed service reports
- Travel to client sites islandwide using company-provided vehicles
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience repairing forklifts or heavy industrial machinery
- Certification in mechanical engineering or technical diploma preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to identify complex mechanical issues
- Proficiency with hydraulic systems, engine diagnostics, and electrical troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in field service environments
- Physical stamina to handle equipment components and work in various conditions
