We are looking for a dedicated Freelance Implementation Specialist to join our network. Our client is a purpose-driven financial advisory firm dedicated to supporting people with disabilities, chronic health conditions, and their carers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive seamless financial solutions tailored to their unique needs.
This is a fully remote position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. You will collaborate closely with the Australian-based team to deliver exceptional service and implement effective financial strategies for the disability community. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with the Australian financial service team to understand specific client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, financial documentation, and compliance files.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carers, and internal stakeholders to clarify processes and provide support.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance service delivery for the disability community.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of financial tools and software platforms as required.
- Provide training and guidance to clients to ensure they maximize the benefits of the financial services provided.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in an implementation, onboarding, or client support role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) or similar disability support frameworks is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and empathetically.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, freelance capacity.
- High level of empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities and chronic conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
