  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence management
  • Coordinate office resources and vendor services to ensure seamless daily operations

  • Support cross-departmental initiatives and special projects as assigned

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent professional certification
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or front office administration
  • Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Basic understanding of healthcare environments preferred
  • Valid Malaysian work permit and local residency
