You will handle essential administrative workflows, maintain accurate financial records, and actively manage social media engagement. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and document preparation.
- Perform bookkeeping duties such as reconciling bank statements, invoicing, and expense tracking using accounting software like Xero or QuickBooks.
- Manage and grow social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Assist with client communication, ensuring clear, timely, and professional responses to inquiries.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and data security.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as required by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a general administrative role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of bookkeeping principles and previous experience with accounting software.
- Strong social media management skills and familiarity with content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (essential for client interaction).
- High level of reliability, self-discipline, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
