Tanggung Jawab
- Perform general cleaning duties in designated areas of Penrose Condominium
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in common areas, hallways, and lobbies
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Dust and wipe down surfaces including windowsills, doors, and furniture
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the management team
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures established by the condominium management
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if required
