We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Clerk to support our administrative operations in Klang or Georgetown, Penang. As a General Clerk, you will be the backbone of our daily office functions, ensuring smooth operations through efficient data management and support.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Support the team with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information as needed.
- Sort and distribute incoming packages and deliveries.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
- Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a professional attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new office procedures.
