Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive the organization's growth and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of service delivery across all departments.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and cooperative bylaws.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-10 years) in a senior management role within the financial services or cooperative sector.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and understanding of credit cooperative operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups, including members and board members.
- Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
