Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and configure GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts for new and existing clients, including setting up pipelines, workspaces, and integrations.
- Create, schedule, and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns using GHL automation features.
- Onboard new clients, guiding them through the setup process and providing clear training on how to use the platform.
- Monitor automation workflows and troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintain accurate client data, ensuring CRM hygiene and up-to-date contact information.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports to demonstrate client results.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales funnels and improve client retention strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience or strong familiarity with GoHighLevel (HighLevel) is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of CRM concepts, automation workflows, and email marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
