Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and repair turf on greens, tees, fairways, and roughs to ensure consistent playing quality.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on golf course machinery, including mowers, tractors, and rollers.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides according to safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
- Monitor irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution and soil moisture levels.
- Perform aeration and dethatching tasks to promote healthy turf growth and drainage.
- Ensure the course is prepared and ready for play, adhering to strict presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the landscaping team to maintain surrounding landscape areas and amenities.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping is highly preferred.
- Valid certificate or diploma in horticulture or turf management is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance is required.
- Strong understanding of turfgrass species and appropriate maintenance practices.
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
