Tanggung Jawab
- Perform haircuts, styling, and coloring services with precision, artistry, and attention to detail.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand hair goals, lifestyle, and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong, loyal relationships with a diverse client base.
- Recommend and sell retail hair care products to enhance and maintain client results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station at all times.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and Aveda product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Hairstylist license and certification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional salon environment.
- Strong passion for sustainable beauty and Aveda products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
