We are seeking a skilled and reliable professional with expertise in plumbing, carpentry, and painting to maintain and repair our properties to the highest standards. As a key member of our facilities team, you will ensure that all residential and commercial properties under our management are in excellent condition, providing a safe and pleasant environment for tenants and visitors. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing plumbing fixtures
- Execute carpentry tasks such as furniture assembly, door and window repairs, and wooden structure maintenance
- Conduct painting work for both interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring proper preparation and application
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly
- Maintain and repair electrical systems, lighting fixtures, and other building components as needed
- Assist in the coordination of maintenance schedules and communicate effectively with property managers
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and recommend purchases as needed
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a handyman with expertise in plumbing, carpentry, and painting
- Valid certifications in relevant trades (e.g., plumbing, carpentry) are highly desirable
- Knowledge of basic electrical systems and the ability to perform minor repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working at heights
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Clean background check and reliable transportation to various job sites
