Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all business units
- Oversee HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for corporate governance and risk management
- Optimize administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency and cost control
- Manage financial reporting and audit processes for stakeholder transparency
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support business growth objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance and administration with 3+ years in leadership
- Strong expertise in Indonesian financial regulations, tax codes, and labor laws
- Proven track record in financial planning, risk management, and operational optimization
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) or equivalent qualification required
