Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the contract execution team, setting performance standards and objectives
- Develop and implement contract execution strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from drafting to renewal and termination
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to align contract processes
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract execution
- Optimize contract management processes using technology and best practices
- Report on contract performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of contract law, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in managing contract lifecycle and execution processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
