Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire poultry processing operations including slaughtering, evisceration, packaging, and cold chain management
- Develop and implement cost optimization strategies to maximize yield and minimize waste
- Ensure strict compliance with JAKIM Halal certification requirements and food safety standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen and Lean manufacturing methodologies
- Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and KPI achievement
- Drive innovation in processing technologies and automation solutions
- Build and mentor high-performing operations teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in manufacturing with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in poultry processing or food manufacturing
- Deep expertise in JAKIM Halal compliance and food safety regulations
- Strong analytical skills in process optimization and cost reduction
- Experience managing cold chain logistics and perishable goods
- Strategic planning abilities with P&L responsibility experience
