Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on heavy equipment including cranes, excavators, and forklifts
- Perform scheduled maintenance, lubrication, and component replacements to prevent equipment failure
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for accurate repairs
- Conduct thorough inspections and document maintenance activities using digital reporting systems
- Collaborate with operations team to address urgent equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations during all repair activities
- Order and manage inventory of replacement parts and maintenance supplies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or similar role
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, pressure gauges, and engine analyzers
- Valid certification in heavy equipment repair (e.g., CAT, Komatsu, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics with precision
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Physical capability to work in demanding environments and lift up to 50kg
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and OSHA-compliant practices
