Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of home appliances (fridges, washing machines, AC units, etc.) efficiently and effectively.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance checks to prevent future breakdowns and extend product lifespan.
- Interact directly with customers to explain technical issues clearly and provide transparent service updates.
- Adhere strictly to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards during all repair and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate service records, including job tickets, parts used, and time logs.
- Manage and organize the service vehicle inventory, ensuring all necessary tools and spare parts are stocked and available.
- Uphold the company's brand reputation by demonstrating punctuality, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant trade certificate or diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in home appliance repair and servicing.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify faults quickly.
- Valid Driver’s License is mandatory for site visits.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Physically fit and capable of handling equipment, lifting tools, and working in various environments.
