Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of residential properties to identify structural, plumbing, electrical, and cosmetic defects
- Prepare detailed technical reports with photographic evidence and remedial recommendations
- Collaborate with contractors, property managers, and stakeholders to address identified defects
- Verify compliance with Singapore's Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA)
- Monitor defect rectification progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Assist in developing preventive maintenance strategies for housing estates
- Utilize digital tools for defect documentation and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in property inspection or construction quality control
- Proficient in reading architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and housing regulations
- Excellent written communication skills for technical report writing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Singapore driving license (for site visits)
