Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
- Oversee HR onboarding procedures, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the organization
- Coordinate office operations, including facility management, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory
- Arrange domestic and international travel for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and corporate functions
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and senior management as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration and office operations
- Proficiency in HRIS and office management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
