Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
- Manage employee records, data entry, and maintain HR databases accurately
- Handle onboarding procedures for new hires, including preparation of employment documents
- Assist in processing payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries
- Coordinate employee training and development programs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
