Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational success
  • Provide HR business partnering to department heads, offering guidance on talent management, employee relations, and performance improvement
  • Oversee all administrative functions including office management, procurement, facilities, and vendor relationships
  • Lead recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management systems
  • Manage HR compliance, ensuring adherence to Malaysian labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee administrative budgeting and expense control for HR and office operations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR and administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering and strategic HR planning
  • Strong administrative management skills with experience in office operations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus
