- Oversee end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Lead HR systems transformation projects across employee lifecycle stages
- Drive user adoption through training, change management, and stakeholder engagement
- Develop and maintain HRIS policies, procedures, and documentation
- Analyze system performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams on system integrations and upgrades
- Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and system governance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Proven expertise in full-cycle HRIS project delivery
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (preferred)
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
