Are you ready to be the heartbeat of our logistics network? Shopee is seeking a dedicated Hub Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our SPX Express hub, ensuring the seamless flow of packages from order placement to final delivery. You will act as the bridge between warehouse management, transport teams, and third-party logistics partners.
Our Operations teams cover the end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform to the moment it reaches their doorstep. As a Hub Coordinator, you will optimize operational workflows, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily receipt, sorting, and dispatch of goods within the hub to ensure timely delivery targets are met.
- Coordinate with transport partners and internal teams to manage fleet schedules and optimize route planning.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, occupational health regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze operational data and generate performance reports to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
- Lead and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Handle and resolve operational bottlenecks and customer service inquiries related to hub operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and logistics management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process optimization and cost efficiency.
