Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain IAM systems across Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and AS400 platforms
- Implement and enforce access control policies ensuring compliance with security standards
- Handle user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access request workflows
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Monitor IAM logs for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications
- Document IAM procedures, configurations, and compliance documentation
- Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies and security best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in IAM and infrastructure management
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and AS400 environments
- Strong understanding of IAM frameworks (RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA)
- Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, Privileged Access Management)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teams
