Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently within the AMS360 system.
  • Provide dedicated support to high-net-worth US clients via email and secure messaging platforms.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of insurance applications and documentation.
  • Coordinate with underwriters and insurance agents to ensure timely submissions and approvals.
  • Handle claims inquiries, gather necessary documentation, and track claim status.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and database entries.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and insurance regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Mandatory and proven experience with AMS360 (American Management Systems) software.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
  • Familiarity with insurance products, including Life, Health, and Property & Casualty.
