Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding freight shipments, documentation, and transit times
- Coordinate with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure smooth cargo movement
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (B/Ls, invoices, customs declarations)
- Proactively track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with operations team to optimize routing and cost-efficiency
- Maintain accurate customer records and service metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or freight forwarding operations
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
