Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using ERP systems and spreadsheets.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies immediately.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to optimize space and streamline retrieval processes.
- Assist in implementing inventory control policies and safety protocols.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
