Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)
- Conduct internal audits and prepare documentation for external certification bodies
- Train staff on quality procedures and compliance requirements
- Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards
- Manage quality documentation and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ISO compliance or quality assurance
- ISO Lead Auditor certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles
- Excellent documentation and report writing skills
- Proficiency in quality management software
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
