Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for data center environments and server hardware
- Troubleshoot network outages and implement solutions to minimize downtime
- Manage network security protocols, access controls, and threat mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects across SEA region
- Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Conduct regular network audits and performance optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in network support and data center operations
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN configurations
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
