Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls across SEA data centers
- Troubleshoot network issues, minimize downtime, and implement corrective actions
- Configure and manage network security protocols to protect critical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical incidents
- Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Provide remote and on-site technical support as required
- Conduct network performance analysis and optimization

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support and networking
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- Proficiency in network security practices and firewall management
