Ingrasys is seeking a talented and experienced IT Programmer to lead the design, development, and implementation of critical manufacturing applications. As part of our dynamic engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing our factory floor systems and optimizing supply chain operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full software lifecycle of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Shop Floor Control (SFC), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. Your expertise will ensure our manufacturing processes are efficient, data-driven, and compliant with industry standards.
We are looking for a problem-solver who is passionate about technology and its application in manufacturing. You will leverage modern programming languages and frameworks to build secure and maintainable systems that drive operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of MES, SFC, and WMS systems from concept to deployment.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software code using modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
- Integrate manufacturing systems with existing ERP and business intelligence tools.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and perform debugging to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify pain points and propose technical solutions for process improvement.
- Ensure all software development follows best practices, security protocols, and industry standards.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development, specifically within the manufacturing or industrial automation sector.
- Strong proficiency in back-end development with experience in MES, SFC, or WMS implementation.
- Proficient in SQL and relational database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
