Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control within the network.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and resolve local area network (LAN) problems.
- Respond to and resolve incoming helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and backups.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new IT solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (7, 10, 11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
