- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across multiple locations

- Document IT infrastructure, processes, and incident reports for knowledge management
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement technology upgrades

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments, network protocols, and security practices
- Strong diagnostic skills with hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications)
