Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot IT incidents and service requests promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and network peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment and setup of new hardware and software applications.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security compliance.
- Document technical procedures and update the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement technical solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including LAN/WAN and TCP/IP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
