Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity and telephony issues efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access security protocols.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and software installations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and equipment.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with management to implement new IT solutions and improve workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting concepts and hardware components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills.
- Willingness to work in Baguio City on a full-time basis.
