Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on IT systems and equipment
- Document technical issues, solutions, and system configurations
- Train users on proper usage of IT equipment and software
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices
- Collaborate with IT team to implement system improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Valid motorcycle license and access to a reliable motorcycle for field work
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with various hardware and software systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
