In this pivotal role, you will serve as the custodian of our organization’s intellectual capital, ensuring that technical information is accessible, accurate, and actionable for all stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Knowledge Management (KM) strategy aligned with IT business goals and digital transformation objectives.
- Curate, maintain, and update the central knowledge repository, ensuring all documentation is current, accurate, and easily searchable.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture, structure, and disseminate technical knowledge across the organization.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and training programs to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Analyze user engagement metrics and feedback to identify gaps in documentation and improve the overall user experience.
- Manage and optimize KM tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) to ensure system reliability and data security.
- Produce high-quality technical reports, summaries, and executive briefings for leadership stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Library Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Knowledge Management, Technical Writing, Content Strategy, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of KM frameworks, information architecture, taxonomy, and content modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proficiency in using KM tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, or similar content management systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear, concise documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
