Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily club operations, including facility maintenance, equipment management, and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels for all club activities
- Enhance customer experience by addressing member inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and implementing feedback
- Support the planning and execution of club events, tournaments, and promotional activities
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with purchasing of supplies and equipment
- Contribute to marketing efforts to attract new members and retain existing ones
- Assist in financial reporting, budget tracking, and revenue generation initiatives
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure all club activities comply with regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sports facility management is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Organizational abilities with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of sports facility operations and equipment maintenance
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and willingness to learn club management software
- Passion for sports and recreation, with willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
