Soul Padel Club is looking for a highly organized and driven Manager Operational to join our growing team in Jakarta. As a premier Padel destination, we are seeking a business-minded leader to oversee the smooth functioning of our club, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members while driving operational excellence.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of club operations, from daily logistical tasks to high-level strategic planning. You will manage the club's finances, coordinate exciting events and tournaments, and lead our team with a focus on premium customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily club operations to ensure seamless member experiences.
- Manage club finances, including budgeting, payroll, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate and execute club events, tournaments, and member activities.
- Lead and supervise the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
- Handle premium customer service inquiries and resolve complex member issues.
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance for the courts and facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management or hospitality.
- Strong background in financial management and budget administration.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in the sports industry or facility management is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in using property management systems and MS Office suite.
- Fluent in Indonesian (written and verbal) and English is a plus.
