Tanggung Jawab
- Guide prospective members through facility tours and membership enrollment processes
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to match members with appropriate fitness programs
- Explain membership tiers, pricing structures, and facility amenities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members
- Meet monthly membership acquisition and retention targets
- Collaborate with fitness trainers to ensure seamless member onboarding
- Track membership metrics and report on sales performance
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or fitness industry roles
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness lifestyles
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities
