- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies
- Manage basic photo/video editing using industry-standard tools
- Stay updated on digital trends and platform algorithm changes
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Communication, Design, or Marketing
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Strong written communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Portfolio demonstrating creative work (required)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
