Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and workstations
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols to ensure data integrity
- Document IT procedures and create user documentation for internal systems
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Manage software licensing and inventory of IT assets
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant internship or entry-level IT support experience preferred
