Tanggung Jawab
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle management for EPM implementations including planning, execution, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements, timelines, and status reports
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular updates, meetings, and progress reviews
- Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing effective issue resolution strategies
- Ensure deliverables align with quality standards and client specifications
- Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, implementation, or junior project management roles
- Familiarity with EPM methodologies and tools (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, Asana) and collaboration tools
