We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Technician to join our team in a prestigious 4-star hotel located in the vibrant Ortigas Center, Pasig. As a key member of our hospitality operations, you will ensure the seamless functionality of all kitchen equipment through proactive maintenance, timely repairs, and strict adherence to safety protocols. This role requires technical expertise in commercial kitchen appliances and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and repair commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, refrigerators, and ventilation systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues in kitchen facilities
- Ensure all equipment meets safety and hygiene standards as per hotel regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to address operational needs and emergency repairs
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for management
- Source and manage inventory of replacement parts and supplies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in kitchen equipment maintenance
- Technical certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing commercial kitchen appliances
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Valid government-issued technician license/certification
- Physical ability to lift equipment parts (up to 25kg) and work in confined spaces
