Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist users with software applications and operating systems
- Document support tickets and maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
- Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance
- Train users on proper system usage and best practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
