Tanggung Jawab
- Operate manual and CNC lathe machines to fabricate precision metal components
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for machining requirements
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and tooling adjustments to ensure accuracy
- Conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Maintain equipment through regular cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance
- Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce material waste
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification in machining preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating manual and CNC lathes
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding geometric tolerances
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools, materials, and machining parameters
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately
- Problem-solving skills for diagnosing machining issues and implementing solutions
