- Lead design, development, and optimization of end-to-end data pipelines and ETL processes
- Architect scalable data solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver analytics-ready datasets
- Implement data quality frameworks and governance policies
- Mentor and guide junior data engineers in technical best practices
- Drive continuous improvement of data infrastructure performance and reliability
- Stay current with emerging data engineering technologies and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of data engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Expert proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and processing
- Strong experience with cloud data services (AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, GCP Dataflow)
- Hands-on experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, dbt)
- Proven track record in designing scalable data architectures
